Two Individuals Accused Over Heathrow Alleged Pepper Spray Incident

Formal charges have been brought against two men following a suitcase robbery where a believed to be pepper spray caused injuries at London's Heathrow Airport.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, now face two counts of robbery and two counts of deploying a toxic agent, authorities have stated.

These accusations come after an probe of an attack at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage taken after exiting a car park lift, authorities reported.

A three-year-old girl was among those injured during the incident. Several persons required hospital care and were eventually allowed to go home.

This event – which authorities stated was isolated and deemed non-terroristic – caused disruptions to rail services and the temporary blocking of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
